When will support for 5.5 officially end? |
| We expect to provide reasonable support for version 5.5 through 6/30/2011. However, since it is not possible for us to update the software or the installers, a "best effort" level of support will be provided for version 5.5. We expect that the release of version 6 will correct all outstanding issues and we endeavor to make migration to the version 6 platform as smooth as possible. |
